Regular jogging gives a fairly large load on the body as a whole: joints, ligaments, muscles, cardiovascular system, etc. It is necessary to pay at least 5-10 minutes to warm up before training; run, focusing on the pulse and your own feelings; to stretch the legs and back after jogging; monitor nutrition and recovery of the body; do exercises for general physical training for the development of abdominal muscles, back, waist, etc.
Here, I have listed far from everything that a beginning runner needs to know. There are many opinions, secrets, contradictions that are learned in the process of deepening in the subject. Some may be frightened by a large number of rules, restrictions, but, in fact, it only seems so. You gradually get used to everything and start to do it automatically.
Lack of proper equipment
The most important thing I want to say here is sneakers. During the run, especially at the beginning, there is a large load on the joints of the legs and back, therefore, the shoes should compensate for this. You do not need to buy yourself very expensive branded shoes, simple sneakers will suffice, but be sure - with a cushioned sole. The rest will come later! It is not worth much to overwork yourself with the search for the right clothes and accessories. A simple tracksuit or shorts with a T-shirt is perfect for starting a jogging class.
