For me, the motivation for running was a feeling of freedom and movement. At that moment, when your own physical abilities, developed by regular trainings, allow you to safely run 10 or more kilometers with a feeling of lightness and pleasant fatigue - you begin to feel the real freedom that gives you running. This is the feeling for which, in part, I continue to run.
I began to run purposefully 4 years ago - to improve my general physical fitness, doing sports tourism and orienteering. From the very beginning of classes, jogging was given to me easily and naturally, although now I understand that I was running, in many ways, incorrectly. This was the impetus for the study of information about running, the transition to training, in which I pay more attention to rest, proper technique, nutrition and strengthening the cardiovascular system. This is what I am going to share with you in future articles.
The goals in running, for me, are: increasing the distance, as well as various competitions and running events, where you get a proper charge of energy, positive emotions, motivation and communication with like-minded people.
